Social media and growth for the QTaxi.kz taxi fleet
How Edigital helps an official Yandex Go partner in Kazakhstan recruit drivers and build its brand on social media — across the whole country.
About the client
QTaxi.kz is an official Yandex Go partner fleet in Kazakhstan. It handles driver onboarding and support: online sign-up in 15 minutes, no commission for the first 7 days, 2–3% after that, instant round-the-clock payouts and car rental for drivers without their own vehicle. Support works in Russian and Kazakh; the service operates across Kazakhstan.
The task
QTaxi.kz needed a steady social media presence and a flow of applications from drivers considering a change of fleet, in a highly competitive partner market. Key goals:
- raise QTaxi.kz brand awareness among taxi drivers in its cities;
- produce regular, clear content about the benefits of joining (fast sign-up, low commission, instant payouts);
- build a steady flow of driver applications through social media and paid ads.
What we did
The Edigital team built QTaxi.kz growth as an end-to-end social media programme:
- Content strategy and account management — regular posts explaining joining terms and the advantages of QTaxi;
- Paid social — campaigns targeting taxi drivers and people considering driving work, split by city;
- Creatives — visuals and short videos with the key selling points: sign-up in 15 minutes, 0% commission in week one, payouts 24/7;
- Community management — answering questions and comments from prospective drivers on social and messengers.

Takeaway
Promoting a taxi fleet on social media needs its own approach: the audience is not passengers but drivers who must be convinced to switch fleets. Edigital built QTaxi.kz content and ads around concrete arguments — onboarding speed, commission size and payout reliability — instead of generic promises.
